MWAOM Cancellation Policy
We sincerely hope that all individuals whose submissions have been accepted are able to join us at the conference and contribute to our important scholarly exchange. We also recognize that unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise that make attendance impossible. In order to keep overall conference costs as affordable as possible for all participants and minimize financial losses associated with late cancellations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy similar to that of the Academy of Management:
If you cancel in writing by Sept. 3, 2026, a refund of your conference fees, minus an $85 processing fee, will be refunded to your account. No refunds are available after that deadline, and exceptions (e.g., travel or visa issues) are not permitted.
Photography and Media Release
Sometimes, photos are taken during the conference to share the highlights of our community’s work on our website and other promotional materials. By registering for and attending the Midwest Academy of Management (MWAOM), you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur in public conference spaces, and you grant MWAOM permission to use your likeness, voice, or words for these non-commercial, educational, and promotional uses.
